Self-employed
During the last 12 months, did you earn at least $1,000 in wages while working in Oregon?
Do you need to take leave from work for any of the following?
This includes the birth of a child, adopting a child, or having a child placed in your home through foster care. You could be eligible if you ask for leave within 12 months of a birth, adoption, or foster care placement.
This includes an illness or injury that can be physical, mental, or both, that keeps you from working. At the earliest, you can apply 30 days before you start your leave. Learn more about serious health conditions.
This includes leave from work to care for a family member because of an illness or injury that can be physical, mental, or both. At the earliest, you can apply 30 days before you start your leave. Learn more about serious health conditions.
This includes leave from work to seek legal assistance or protection, medical treatment, counseling, services from a victim services provider, or to move or make your home more secure. At the earliest, you can apply 30 days before you start your leave, or at the latest 30 days after you start your leave.
